April 25, 2016, I was 299 pounds and felt lethargic and depressed, even though I had an active lifestyle teaching and coaching football.  I knew that wife and two young daughters deserved better. My players deserved better. I deserved better.

Will developed a simple and easy to follow diet, incorporating just the right amount of exercise, and by August 25 I was 218 pounds, 12 pounds lighter than our original goal.

The accountability that Will provides either through text or in person is what I needed to be successful. He helped me understand that it wasn’t a “diet,” it was a lifestyle that I wanted. His program teaches you how to focus on what you put in your body and the simple things you need to do in order to live a healthy lifestyle. I have more energy, more confidence, and I am now a role model for my children in healthy eating and being active.

Will has truly been a godsend to me and my family.

Tyler Altman’s Story

10 years ago I was a college athlete and weighed 240 pounds. Fast forward to now, I had gained 90-plus pounds and knew I needed to make a change if I wanted to be around for my family in the future.

Being an athlete, I knew everything about nutrition and working out, but despite my efforts (or lack thereof) I was continuing to gain weight. I decided to try P90x and initially lost weight; however, after a month , I constantly made excuses as to why I couldn’t work out and eventually, I found myself not working out at all.

I started Will’s 90 day Challenge weighing in at 332.3 pounds. In 90 days, I lost 55 lbs. I decided to continue the diet past the 90 days and am currently down to 66 pounds as I continue my journey.

One of the most amazing things I’ve seen since starting the challenge is that my resting heart beat has gone from 70 beats to 57 beats per minute.

Will’s 90 Day challenge has changed my life.  The daily weigh-in held me accountable because he knew if I had not worked out or if I cheated on a meal. Through this process, I’ve learned how to incorporate Will’s guidelines into my daily meals once I’m off the plan. I have no doubt that I will be able to maintain my weight loss once I am complete because of everything he’s taught me.
